Can I exchange or return my order?
We cannot process returns/exchanges due to customer error. Please double check your cart's contents prior to making your purchase.

What if my product is damaged?
Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products here.

How long does shipping take?
In stock items ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. We use USPS and it usually takes another 1-2 business days for them to update the tracking link. 

What if I purchased a preordered or backordered item?
Orders containing items with a preorder or backorder message will typically ship 2-3 weeks from the order date. In order to save on packaging materials and ease up on USPS, we will ship your order once all items are available.

What are your production practices?
All items are made in the USA or are WRAP certified to ensure safe, lawful, human, and ethical manufacturing.
